Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using DeepSecret, you agree to this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
DeepSecret grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal or internal work purposes in accordance with this agreement and applicable platform rules.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity associated with your workspace, devices, email access, and recovery credentials. Notify us at support@deepsecret.ai if you believe your access has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, violate third-party rights, or use AI features in ways that are unsafe, deceptive, or prohibited by law.
AI outputs
AI-generated responses can be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. DeepSecret does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid features, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through the relevant platform, such as Apple App Store, unless otherwise stated. Platform terms may also apply to your purchase.
Your content
You retain your rights to content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to provide the app, process AI requests, troubleshoot issues, enforce this agreement, and comply with law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, retained, and deleted. By using DeepSecret, you acknowledge that policy.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this agreement, create security risk, misuse the service, or if continued access would be unlawful or operationally impractical.
Disclaimer and liability
DeepSecret is provided as available and as permitted by law. To the fullest extent allowed, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes and contact
We may update this agreement as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Contact support@deepsecret.ai with questions.
